12.05.2017 - Kamil Holán- Czech Road Racing Champion
Since beginning of May 2017 we are proud to take care of Czech Motorcycle Sport Representative, Mr. Kamil Holán. His speciality is Road Racing. Just a few numbers: He exceeds 300 km per hour and world most famous TT Circuit on Isle of Man rides for less than 20 minutes on a distance over 60 kilometres. Everybody can count it:-) As a keen amateurs we cannot compete with him. We can have him as a Role Model in concentration on his subject, training effort, working activity and an appropriate mental state. He is admirable in his approach to all his activities. With joy! This is a keyword. We , citizens of our fatherland should try the same. Every experienced rider or other sportsman will agree, that without the active, lively and still to a certain extent relaxed approach it is better not to train. We, which do some sports for some time, are aware of that. Endeavour and effort? Yes! Exaggerated and forced, nevertheless, no- that could be a road to injury or ruin.
Everybody can be enlightened by Mr Holán. It is up to us to find our way. Everybody excels at something.

Czech motocross national team (kids and juniors) had a training camp near ®atec. I helped there as a doctor with this ending of racing season. 05.04.2013 - Gibraltar 2013 planned
I will not be in the Czech Republic since 09.May till 19. May. I will accompany Richard Blatný at his attempt to cross the Gibraltar Straits. Swimming was impossible last year due to bad weather. Let´s hope for the best this year.
08.01.2013 - Opening of New Year 2013
I have opened The New Year on 1.Jan.2013 by swimming in Vltava with other members of Klub ledních medvědů (Polar Bears Club). Air +2 Celsius grades, water +6, I have spent only 50 seconds in water. No excessive chilling, refreshment only.
