FAQs
I am still quite young. I have demanding profession and promising career in my future. I do not feel the need to limit myself in my career and private plans. I find it useless to follow different restrictions and limits.
I understand your standpoint. Young, still healthy people sometimes do not follow health recommendations, because they perceive them as limiting. They are right, to a certain point. Organism of young healthy person is able to cope with different demands seemingly inexhaustible. It applies either for working load or for private activities and hobbies and leisure activities. But the situation is not eternal, us mankind are a part of nature with all limits. Laws of nature apply to us too. We cannot live or work out of the limits, or we can just for a very short time. You can verify it for your own. If you are, say, 25, how did you bear night visits to a disco clubs in your 20-ies? Certainly better than now. And the principle can be applied to everything. Live naturally, try to move your limits higher and further within your realm of possibility and keep sufficient time to recover. Bear in mind, please, that like in your demanding profession, for your health applies the fact, that from small causes are usually big after-effects. Live with regard to your long future decades of your life.
